Are you looking for an opportunity to teach in a small, nurturing school with a strong sense of community and a commitment to excellence? Weeton St Michael’s CE Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3/4 class teacher to join our amazing team from September 2025.

Following our recent ‘Good’ rating from OFSTED in all areas, we are excited to continue building on our success. This is an exciting time to join us as we grow and strengthen our provision, particularly within our supportive and collaborative staff team.
You will be responsible for a small, mixed-age Year 3/4 class of just 16 children, supported by a dedicated teaching assistant. Our small class sizes provide an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on each child’s learning and well-being.

Visits to School
We strongly encourage all prospective applicants to visit our school to get a true sense of who we are. Tours will be led by the Headteacher on the following dates:
• Thursday 30th January at 9:15am
• Wednesday 5th February at 2:00pm
• Thursday 13th February at 4:15pm

Interview Process
Interviews will take place during the week beginning 3rd March 2025 over two days:
• Day One: A short lesson observation in class.
• Day Two: Successful candidates from Day One will be invited back for a formal interview.
