Senior Consultant/Project Manager to deliver innovative solutions through a consultative approach, understanding client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and managing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact, gaining insight into client challenges and recommending suitable technology solutions.
* Project Delivery: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery while managing multiple roles.
* Innovation Advisory: Provide insights and suggest new technologies to resolve client issues, with a broad knowledge of various tech platforms.
* Consulting and Technical Acumen: Work with clients in a consultative capacity, understanding their needs and translating these into actionable requirements.
* Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable working across diverse industries and environments, especially where flexibility and multi-tasking are essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 3-5 years post-graduate, with a background in consulting, particularly in tech transformation.
* Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of multiple platforms, including Microsoft 365 and cloud providers.
* Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills with a consultative approach, capable of building relationships and understanding client pain points.
* Innovation Mindset: Ability to propose innovative solutions, especially in response to client challenges.
* Location Flexibility: Preferably based outside London, with options such as the South West, Nottingham, Leeds, or Manchester.
Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £60,000 + healthcare, pension, share options and more. We work on a remote basis unless required on-site by the client.
