As a Maintenance Operative, your duties will include: Property Maintenance: Performing routine and emergency maintenance, including minor repairs, decoration, and basic plumbing. Safety Checks: Conducting regular inspections of fire alarms, boilers, lifts, and other systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Groundskeeping: Maintaining gardens, car parks, and other outdoor areas to a high standard. Stock Management: Ordering and managing tools and supplies efficiently. Team Collaboration: Supporting the induction of new staff with training on building layout and fire safety procedures. What We’re Looking For Experience: A strong background in property maintenance, including basic plumbing skills. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively and efficiently. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for maintaining high standards across all areas. Caring Nature: A patient, approachable, and professional manner. Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety requirements and procedures.
