As part of our global HR team, the Recruitment Resourcer will be integral to sourcing great talent for our manufacturing teams at our HQ in Worthing, West Sussex. We are looking for someone who has a passion to win; to support the delivery of our direct sourcing strategy for our manufacturing technician roles. What You'll Be Doing Full 360 recruitment including; advertising, shortlisting, screening; schedule assessment centers and arranging interviews and extending to offer Organise and host high volume assessment centres Partner with the hiring managers within manufacturing to ensure best practice recruitment and standards/processes are adhered to Responsible for ensuring our production labour requirements are met on time and with quality candidates. Own and manage all manufacturing recruitment through our ATS and relevant job boards, ensuring posts are regularly refreshed to attract candidates Keep up to date with relevant employment law, for example right to work checks Ensure time to fill target of 2-weeks Is achieved for unplanned vacancies (LTA/Leavers) Act as a brand ambassador for Rayner, promoting our values and opportunities What Experience Do You Need Experience of recruiting high volume blue collar / manufacturing roles Experience of organising and hosting assessment centres Experience of using an ATS A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions Ability to communicate confidently, succinctly, and logically both verbal and in writing Tenacity & curiosity Ability to analyse and interpret data to propose solutions for the future Self-motivated team player What We Can Offer You Private healthcare Wellbeing reimbursement programme Monthly yoga sessions and quarterly massages Annual programme of fun events On site restaurant Enhanced maternity & paternity leave
