About the role: Full-time 2-year fixed term contract Conveniently located in Eastwood Support project delivery by analysing processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals We are looking for a Business Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs within Eldercare. Reporting to the Manager – Project Management Office, you will analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that projects align with the organisation's strategic goals. You will work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights that drive project success. To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a PMO or similar environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Ability to work both independently and effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that meet the needs of the organisation and its clients.
