We are looking for three dynamic and driven Service Improvement Managers to drive transformational change and champion continuous improvement across our Assets Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping customer-focused, efficient, and forward-thinking services.
In this fast-paced and proactive role, you will work closely with the Asset Transformation Director and the wider team, playing a crucial part in driving forward key transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, planning, reporting, and analysing projects, ensuring their smooth execution and successful outcomes.

Some Key Responsibilities:
* Lead service design and delivery including, process mapping, scoping, definition, system build, testing and training, deployment and adoption of change
* Support the Asset Management Transformation Programme activity, liaising with stakeholders, problem solving and embedding change through reinforcement of key messages
* Build relationships with colleagues, partners, stakeholders, customers and service providers to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and sector wide solutions
* Be the subject matter expert in all areas of asset change and risk management and an appropriate asset area. Working closely with your Sponsor on all areas.
* Produce regular progress and performance reports for Senior Leadership and Executive teams via project data collation, analysis, and evaluation

* Experience of delivering and providing support to projects and diverse programmes
* Strong planning skills, with the ability to use data to deliver valuable insights to both internal and external customers
* Thinking proactively and joining the dots between different project activities
* Confidence to deliver and take ownership of an improvement activity within agreed internal and procedure, timescales, and expectations
* Experience of researching, evaluating and recommending new ways of working and service delivery
