Executive Head Chef - French Alps - €80,000 - €90,000 - Stunning Hotel - Live-in available
Tonic are assisting our client's search for an Executive Head Chef to lead the brigade at their stunning hotel in a popular ski resort, Morzine. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and the first phase is due to launch in Dec 2025. The new Executive Head Chef will be walking into a brand new kitchen and be instrumental in building the new brigade. The role will oversee multiple outlets at the hotel, delivering a healthy fresh food/light lunch offering and a slightly more classical French offering in the evening. Menus are already drafted but autonomy will be given through a 'specials' board.

What are we looking for in the successful Executive Head Chef?
1. Previous experience as Executive Chef within a busy fresh food operation
2. Experience within premium ski resorts would be advantageous
3. MUST be fluent in French
4. Experience with French cuisine is preferred
5. A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
6. A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve
7. Someone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem-solve
