You will be primarily office-based for the first six months, with some remote work available afterward. You'll play a key role in supporting over a 1,000 users, contributing to various projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the management and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and security. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to senior engineers when needed. Participating in IT projects, from upgrades to new implementations. Providing exceptional service to internal users Gaining exposure to virtualisation, cloud services, and other advanced IT systems. Skills & Experience Required: Prior experience in a 1st line support role. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Active Directory. An understanding of virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV) is a plus. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
