Welcome to the Training Assurance and Safeguarding Team (TAS), part of Rochdale’s award-winning Adult Care Services department.
It’s an exciting time across Adult Care Services, as we continue on our change and transformation journey to truly make a difference to the lives of our residents.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is forward-thinking with an eye for detail to join our expanding team.
As a Quality Assurance Support Officer, you will work within the heart of the team ensuring quality across the service linked to our statutory functions and best practice within Adult Care.
The role will include a multitude of tasks including leading on surveys, collating, analysing reports along with disseminating results and findings.
Various quality assurance system checks including providing the team with various business support tasks.
This work helps us ensure that Adult Care is compliant with statutory responsibilities.

6. You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
7. You will have a real attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.
8. You will have a qualification at a minimum level of GCSE Maths and English Language (grade A-C).
9. Be able to provide 2 references and have evidence of right to work in the UK.
