Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

About you:
You will support the development and execution of marketing and brand strategies, as well as annual plans and the development of marketing materials for our patient, prospective patients and sales team. You will implement integrated marketing plans including ATL and BTL activity, support local and national events, and assist patient research / insights to inform the development of patient communications. You will manage a varied range of activities to support our B2C, B2B and internal audience.

Responsibilities of our Marketing Executive:
* Support the development and execution of marketing and brand strategies and annual plans.
* Assist in the development of marketing and promotional literature and materials for our patient and prospective patients.
* Assist in the development of marketing and promotional literature and materials for our Optoms and B2B audiences working closely with our sales teams.
* Implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns, including online, social, telemarketing, engagement, and nurturing activities.
* Build relationships across the business and department to deliver effective campaigns.
* Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement them across all channels and marketing materials.
* Track competitor analysis, monitor relevant marketing industry news and report emerging trends.
* Work closely with other teams to ensure print, digital, social and events are executed on time and to a high standard.
* Build relationships with the sales team to develop effective marketing plans each financial year.
* Support with the planning and implementation of national and local events we attend as a business for our Optom community. Work closely with the events and other marketing managers such as digital, comms and creative to implement.
* Support patient research and insights to inform the development of patient communications and enhance their experience with our marketing touchpoints.
* Deliver monthly reports, reporting on successes and key learnings of campaigns upon completion.
* Help with updates to the website and online channels, feedback, and reviews by our patients on social media and NHS websites if necessary.
* Management of agencies to ensure all elements of marketing are supported e.g. press, artwork, print and digital.
