Here in the Property Litigation team, we deal with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial and residential. Below is just some of the types of work you can expect to be involved in: • Adverse possession claims • Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants • Advising on private nuisance and trespass • Dilapidations • Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising Our busy and friendly Property Litigation team prides itself on its collaborative and supportive culture, you can expect the team to help support you in achieving your career goals and aspirations. We are looking for applications from NQ solicitors or solicitors with up to 4 years PQE, ideally the candidate will have some experience of social housing and commercial landlord and tenant work. A little about you: Ability to deal with straightforward transactions, including unfamiliar tasks which present a range of problems Acceptable standard achieved routinely Uses own judgement but may need supervision at differing levels of transaction Identifies the legal principles relevant to the area of practice and applies them appropriately Uses experience to check the information provided.
