Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Midlothian Salary: up to £28,000 (DOE) Amplifi Talent is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding MedTech business in Midlothian. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team, supporting their CFO through the period of rapid growth. Joining a business at this stage, you will have a chance to put your stamp on processes, so ideally you will be someone who loves looking at current processes and improving them. Responsibilities: · Processing and reconciling invoices and payments · Managing the credit control processes · Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring · Preparing financial reports and statements · Assisting with payroll and employee expense reporting · Managing accounts payable and receivable · Performing other financial duties as assigned Requirements: · Experience in a similar role · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, Xero would be beneficial but not essential · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: · Private Medical Care & Study Support · Free on-site parking · Positive and supportive work environment Are you ready to join a business that is making a difference?
