Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Corby once a week with the majority of time spent out seeing clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves conducting market research, carrying out client introductions & growing new relationships with warm leads. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with various departments and external partners to align business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
* Strong understanding of market research and strategic planning
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
