THE ROLE Marketing Senior Manager - Scotland Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Senior Manager with a strong background in brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management: Lead the development and execution of AAB's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. Manage the brand's positioning, tone, and perception in the market. Brand Management in Client Documents: Ensure the AAB brand is consistently represented in all client proposal documents. Work closely with operational support and business development teams to enhance and maintain brand consistency. Creative Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of creative marketing campaigns, collaborating with in-house teams and external partners (agencies, designers, etc.) to produce innovative and effective marketing materials (digital, print, and more). Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer behaviour. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring AAB stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing is aligned with business strategy and drives measurable results. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set KPIs for marketing campaigns, track performance, and analyse results to optimise future marketing efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications: In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management. Proven success in managing creative campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced/growth environment. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in managing external suppliers.
