We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with a genuine interest in working in a community mental health setting, specifically Early intervention in Psychosis.

We would welcome people from a clinical background who have a strong knowledge and experience of leading and managing, and who are keen to take the step into this exciting clinical leadership opportunity.
We have a strong leadership team to support this role. There is an Operational manager and a wider network of operational and team managers within the Community Mental Health Teams and Targeted Services.
Main duties of the job
With the investment into the At Risk Mental State pathway, there is so much development and innovation going on in Cornwall's delivery of mental health services.
The Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and will work closely with the Operational Manager and Team Managers on the development of the service.
We are looking for a team manager who is able to lead compassionately, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure that they are fully supported to provide needs led care and treatment for our service users.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
