Planning Manager Planning Manager - Corporate Communications The Role : Planning Manager Reporting to the Creative Director you will be responsible for the planning and monitoring of all campaigns and projects undertaken by the creative, events, external and internal communications team at Flutter. The newly formed team manages all internal & external communications for Flutter Entertainment while the Creative Studio is responsible for the ideation and delivery of all creative campaigns and branded content. The Corporate Communications Planning Manager will supervise and report on the performance and efficiency of projects as well as identify and implement any improvements as required. The role will also involve working closely with our external partners to ensure they are fully briefed and deliver assets on schedule to align with our campaigns. You’ll receive full support from the Creative Director and other leaders within the Group Corporate Communications team, encouraging a collaborative work environment where ideas are encouraged, and resources are available to help you excel in your role. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Use your insight and problem-solving abilities to facilitate feedback sessions and guide the team in refining and enhancing creative outputs. Implement and improve project management processes and workflows to enhance team efficient and productivity. Support & update the communications team on a weekly basis on all current projects, their tracking and highlighting any issues or discussion points. Experience & Expertise We’d like to see demonstrated experience in project / account management, preferably in a creative, communications or marketing environment. Strong organisation and time management skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for success in this role. Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and other software. Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. As a team player you will work collaboratively, share information appropriately and build supportive, trusting and professional relationships with colleagues and agencies we work with.
