Role Description
Allianz Personal Broker has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Manager who will be responsible for shaping and executing the customer strategy within Allianz Personal Broker by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Allianz.
Your Focus:
1. Customer Strategy: Work closely with the Broker Marketing & Customer Director to shape and take responsibility for executing the customer strategy.
2. Customer Acquisition, Cross-Sell & Retention: Shape, implement and monitor a customer triathlon strategy to maximize acquisition, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
3. Data & Analytics: Utilize new and existing data and analytics to monitor, review and implement customer strategies that support overall business strategy.
4. Customer Insight: Provide a holistic view of our customers across journeys, service, and products while leveraging existing customer insight activities.
5. Customer Experience: Monitor and improve customer experience across all documentation, processes, and marketing channels.
6. Complaints: Deliver consistent complaints handling requirements ensuring they are managed within internal regulatory expectations.
7. People & Culture: Lead the broker customer team and inspire a customer-centric mindset.
8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor, report, and champion key customer metrics and activities.
10. Regulatory: Provide a view of customer outcomes and support regulatory oversight of customer performance.
11. Deputise: For Marketing & Customer Director as required.
Our Ways of Working
Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker, you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need.
