The Role As a SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to implement effective learning strategies. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly. Support students in developing communication, independence, and confidence. Contribute to the wider school community and ethos. What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from experienced teachers and those new to special education. Ideal candidates will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential. A creative and adaptable and playful approach to teaching. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to continuous professional development.
