An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities as an Accountant include:
* Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations in line with control frameworks
* Ensure accuracy of calculations and postings
* Support the wider team with any issues
* Engage in various projects, such as systems upgrades and process improvements
* Manage the Intercompany process and coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external auditors
* Ensure all statutory and regulatory deadlines for the team are met
The ideal candidate will have:
* Ideally a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), though part-qualified candidates are welcome to apply
* Solid grasp of R2R processes, including best practices, people, processes, and technology
* Excellent attention to detail
This client is offering circa 55k and offers hybrid work.
