Location: Primarily Westbury, with occasional regional work within the Wiltshire & Dorset area.
Shift-based role: Includes weekends and bank holidays (Earliest start: 05:30 | Latest finish: 00:45)
Are you customer-focused and looking for a dynamic role in the railway industry? As a Train Dispatcher and Ticket Seller, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth station operations, from train dispatch and ticket sales to providing real-time travel information and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role involves regular lone working, offering autonomy and responsibility.

This is a talent pool vacancy aimed at filling upcoming opportunities. Interviews for shortlisted candidates are tentatively scheduled for the week commencing 05/05/2025.
What to Expect?
* After submitting your application, you will need to complete an online Customer Service SJT.
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited complete an online assessment – Train Dispatch Multi-Tasking Test (recommended on a laptop/computer).
* Successful candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview.
* Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a colour vision test and drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check.
* Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon.
