A well-established property developer is seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to oversee the post-completion phase of newly completed residential and mixed-use developments.
This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, managing defect resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after project completion.
* Manage and coordinate the resolution of defects and snagging issues.
* Develop and implement aftercare processes to improve customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Conduct post-completion inspections and follow-up visits.
* Maintain accurate records of all aftercare activities, including client communications and remedial works.
* Provide feedback to the construction and project teams to help refine future projects.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar aftercare/ defects manager role on residential or commercial construction projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
