Operational Management Associate
Salary: circa £35,000

A bit about the job:
The Operational Management Associate will be accountable for:
* Updating and maintaining a 12 to 18 month rolling capacity plan to support Aviva PL Claims resource strategy.
* Understanding key demand drivers, using past trends and events combined with business insight to predict future demands/resource requirements.
* Analysing supply data and updating assumptions to predict available resource.
* Presenting assumptions and resource requirements in monthly assumption reviews to relevant stakeholders.
* Supporting key stakeholders across PL Claims by contributing to an operation that improves year on year (efficiency, customer, value), by identifying and communicating insight relating to resource planning.
* Building and maintaining relationships.
* Working alongside the Demand and Performance team and considering the annual budget when making resource recommendations.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong stakeholder management.
* Excellent eye for detail.
* Understanding of capacity planning process.
* Strong user of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to analyse and understand complex data.
Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence. In applying for this role, you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
