Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Digital Health Manager to join our Information Technology department.
This is a full-time role with the following shift patterns: Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00, including on-call requirements.

The Digital Health Manager (DHM) functions as the application's primary expert and oversees the team's work activities. Working with the Head of IT Applications, the DHM defines build and application maintenance objectives, along with managing configuration, build and installation of the application. Responsible for planning, structuring, and monitoring system implementation, and testing and change control procedures. The DHM takes direction from, and collaborates with, the Head of IT Applications on work priorities and manages the resolution of escalated issues. The DHM partners with subject matter experts and other IT Application Caregivers to ensure build and maintenance consistency and successful end to end patient centric workflow. The DHM identifies and plans appropriate training for team members and leads the team in attaining an elevated level of application knowledge.
What will your duties include?
1. Partners with subject matter experts and other IT Application Caregivers to ensure build consistency and successful end to end patient centric workflow.
2. Identifies and plans appropriate training for team members and leads the team in attaining an elevated level of application knowledge.
3. Responsible for day to management of the team ensuring Cleveland Clinic’s policies and procedures are adhered to.
4. Responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining, and supporting assigned applications under the minimal guidance of senior team members.
5. Maintains awareness of latest developments in key areas of responsibility and brings forward opportunities that might benefit the organization.
6. Actively manages and participates with future Application upgrades - coordinating test plans, developing, and conducting customer communications and training for assigned team.
7. Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you?
8. Prior or currently certified on 1 or more EPIC application(s) within the area of focus.
9. Significant management/supervisory experience with demonstrated experience in information system development and advanced management practices is essential .
10. Experience with implementing and supporting a major system in a clinical or system analyst capacity is essential .
11. Epic implementation experience essential .
12. Understanding of Epic modules, ancillary systems, and health system operations is essential .
