HR Manager - Renewable Energy Company
Located in Surrey with a hybrid working arrangement.
We are a leader in the renewable energy and grid solutions space, seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our team and prioritize employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
* Manage onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.
* Partner with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
Performance Management:
* Develop and conduct performance reviews and assist in goal-setting initiatives.
* Create and manage recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Design and maintain competitive salary structures.
* Administer employee benefits programs and handle periodic compensation reviews.
Legal Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Draft and manage employee contracts.
* Implement and communicate policies to align with legal and organizational standards.
HR Policy Development:
* Create and update HR policies to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
* Communicate policies effectively to all employees.
Health and Safety:
* Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
* Develop initiatives to support employees' mental and physical well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (experience in the energy industry is preferred).
* Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
* Proven ability to handle recruitment, performance management, and office administration.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
