A post has become available for a full-time clerical assistant in the Podiatry department.
This is a busy office providing admin support to all the Podiatry clinicians within South & Mid Operational unit (as well as liaising with some Podiatrists within North & West Operational unit).
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to Podiatry clinicians.
2. Liaise with Podiatrists across different operational units.
3. Manage patient appointments using TrakCare PMS.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of secretarial experience, preferably in a health service environment.
2. Standard grade education or equivalent (including English).
3. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise workload.
