Job Description
3. Manage and administer service contracts for clients
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
5. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing excellent service
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
7. Identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewals
8. Maintain accurate records of contracts and client interactions
9. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver seamless service
10. Assist with contract negotiations and renewals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Managed Services Contracts Administrator should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in business or related field
12. Ideally experience within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals sectors
13. Excellent customer service skills
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
16. Experience in contract management or administration
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
18. Strong negotiation skills
