Marketing Portfolio Lead

The role of Marketing Portfolio Lead sits within our hardworking and fun global marketing function and is responsible for supporting the implementation of brand strategies and product portfolio initiatives for Juice Plus+. Best suited to someone with 3-5 years of experience, this role will assist in executing brand strategies, optimising the product portfolio, and driving growth for Juice Plus+. Other key responsibilities include portfolio reviews, product renovations, packaging updates, rebranding efforts, pricing strategies, and sales reporting, all aimed at improving profitability, sales, and productivity.
Your day to day:
1. Support planning and assist in executing global brand strategies to strengthen the portfolio and drive market share growth.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for brand expansion and repositioning.
3. Work closely with the Creative Studio Team on new brand identity implementation.
4. Assist in the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
5. Conduct pricing analyses to understand market dynamics and consumer price sensitivity.
6. Support research efforts with external agencies to gather insights and drive informed decision-making.
7. Track and analyze KPIs and brand performance, contributing to regular reports and implementing adjustments to optimize outcomes.
You will bring:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to brand or category management, preferably within the direct sales industry, FMCG, or other product-related business.
3. Analytical skills with the ability to apply consumer insights and market research.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Experience in implementing brand strategies and supporting growth initiatives.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
