We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products. Our sales team members are proactive in showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive not only the products and services they want but also everything they need.
You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.
In this position, you will work closely with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.
To excel, you should have:
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
* Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail or automotive environments
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
* Experience sharing expertise with team members
* A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
