Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students at Key Stage 4 (KS4), ensuring they achieve their full potential in Food Technology. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Food Technology to KS4 students. Develop and implement schemes of work in line with the Food Nutrition GCSE requirements. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support where necessary. Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources. Requirements: Must be Fully Qualified with PGCE and QTS. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at KS4. Familiarity with Food Nutrition GCSE requirements. Proven track record of student attainment at GCSE level, supported by data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
