Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager or an up-and-coming Account Director with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing looking for a new challenge? I may have the perfect job for you!
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a wide range of accounts from single-channel to fully integrated multi-channel campaigns for clients in various sectors. You will lead and support the wider Client Services team in identifying and articulating commercial uplifts with clients, seeking renewal uplifts, upsells, and cross-sells. You will strategically grow and nurture high-value accounts and coordinate the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients. Additionally, you will manage client and senior stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role within a digital marketing agency or consultancy. Experience and a passion for managing PPC and SEO campaigns, and ideally Design and Development projects, are essential. A client-centric approach, with the gravitas to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite, and the ability to prepare effective communication plans, are also required.
