Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for a portfolio of clients Managing and developing junior team members Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships Providing business advisory support and identifying opportunities for added value Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies Assisting in workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met Requirements ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent) Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload A proactive and motivated approach
