We're currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at The Champagne Bar in Bristol.
Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre not only to the beauty market but also to the dining industry through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK. As this is not a normal beauty hall, we are bringing on board some of the highest profile partners in the business and aspire to provide a world class dining experience all within our unique H beauty playgrounds.
About the Role
Reporting into the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have a 360 degree scope of all commercials for the restaurant operation and is responsible for managing the restaurant areas.
The Restaurant Manager will be leading the operational excellence of the business and their team in a manner that will ensure that all parties' expected standards are maintained at all times delivering a world class restaurant experience.
About You
You will have strong and demonstrable experience of leading world class and/or exceptional restaurant environments, managing the entire lifecycle including sales and profits, service and standards, the marketing and profile of the restaurant and leadership of the teams that sit under you.
You will bring with you passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
You are an excellent communicator; with customers, operational teams, management and all other stakeholders gaining trust and confidence.
You have a proven track record of leading and coaching your teams to deliver whilst also having experience of owning and delivering on the long term strategic vision and the capability of the restaurant in line with growth and change, implementing appropriate frameworks.
