The Rehab and Wellbeing team support patients in a number of settings including out-patients at both our sites, our in-patient unit and in patients own homes. To succeed in this role you will be a person-centred therapist with sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to deliver therapeutic, rehabilitation interventions across a complex patient caseload. You will have experience across core areas of clinical practice and have advanced communication skills.
