Summary of the Job:
We are seeking an entry-level Operation Management Assistant to support the department’s daily operations. This includes tasks such as operations data analysis, reviewing and preparing payment applications to property companies, and providing general operational assistance. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in hotel or commercial real estate, basic knowledge of the hospitality industry, and an understanding of how property operations function. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude are key for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our projects. A basic aesthetic sense is also appreciated for maintaining quality standards in our work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with data entry and documentation related to property operations and hotel services.
* Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and payment applications.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely communication across teams.
* Handle correspondence and administrative tasks in both English and Chinese (if applicable).
* Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
* Assist with the analysis of operational data to track property and hotel performance.
* Provide general administrative support to the operations team, assisting with day-to-day tasks.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external property companies to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
* Basic understanding or interest in hotel or commercial real estate operations.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and collaborate with teams.
* Aesthetic sense in maintaining the quality of hotel or property presentations is a plus.
* No prior extensive experience required—ideal for someone looking to start their career in operations management within the hospitality or real estate sector.
* Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred
