Here at BaxterStorey, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented PA to support our Managing Director with a client portfolio traversing the South West (Reading to Bristol). As the PA, you’ll possess exceptional communication skills, be proactively organised, and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality and discretion while managing diverse responsibilities.

Job Description
* Be the go-to person: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, field questions and responses.
* Stay ahead of the game: Anticipate needs and plan proactively to ensure priorities are met.
* Communication wizard: Handle emails, draft correspondence, and act as a liaison between all internal teams.
* Event planning: Assist in organising events, from small team gatherings to larger-scale internal and client functions.
* Personal support: Research topics, and assist with personal projects as needed.

* Organized and detail-oriented: You love creating order and pride yourself on accuracy.
* Flexible and adaptable: You can handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Great communicator: You’re confident and clear, both in writing and speaking.
