Job Description
1. Provide general administrative support to the office and management
2. Hospitality, organising and facilitating meetings
3. Greeting visitors, clients and guests
4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
5. Assist with coordinating team events and meetings
6. Organise office space and ensure it remains clean and tidy
7. Ensure office inventory is stocked
8. Maintain the office in a tidy and safe standard
The Successful Applicant
1. Similar background working within a hospitality or facilities role
2. Good attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
3. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to be on site 5 days a week
6. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills and other office software experience
7. Ability to commute to Salford
