We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, health and safety, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, adhering to portion control and recording wastage.
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food diaries, health and safety, and stock management.
* Supervise and develop the kitchen team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
