This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and self-motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team in order to support a range of research activities undertaken by the Leicester Real World Evidence Team in the Diabetes Research Centre at the University of Leicester. The role will involve supporting a number of projects including systematic reviews, evidence synthesis models, epidemiological analyses and cost evaluations. You will also be contributing to grant applications, and leading on research outputs, with a key focus around diabetes and multiple long-term conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to work with teams from various disciplines, working both collaboratively and independently, with the aim to achieve defined milestones and produce high quality research. About you To be successful in this role you will have a PhD or equivalent in medical statistics, epidemiology or health economics. You will also be able to provide evidence of contributing to peer-reviewed journal papers or equivalent. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills – written and verbal evidenced by the ability to communicate complex information and are also seeking someone who can provide evidence of working effectively as part of a team and the ability to work independently.
