BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTS PERSON
We are a small, friendly, locally run business providing a high-quality service to our clients.
We have a mixture of domestic, commercial, and industrial clients, primarily serving the Maidenhead and Henley area.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our small but busy office. The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work unsupervised.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Previous in-depth experience of Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Sales Ledger
2. Purchase Ledger
3. Data input
4. Costing analysis
5. Payroll
6. Other accounts-related tasks
7. General administration
Other attributes include attention to detail, the ability to work accurately under pressure, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata per annum) plus company pension.
