Role Overview The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's operations, acting as the owner's voice and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all business operations, serving as the primary liaison between owners, staff, and external stakeholders. Drive business development initiatives and build positive relationships with partners. Oversee governance, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Manage HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management. Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve complex issues. Coordinate with doctors, stakeholders, and patients to ensure high-quality care and service delivery. Provide leadership and direction to the clinical manager, who will report directly to this position. Make high-level decisions and problem-solve across all areas of the business. Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the clinic owners. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a similar role within private healthcare. Strong background in a medical discipline. Extensive knowledge of healthcare governance and regulations. Proven track record in HR management and recruitment processes.
