The Fleet Coordinator will work as an integral part of the Head Office Operations Team and will lead on the full fleet process, supporting the Operations Director, Head of Technical Operations and Senior Operations Administrator. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for Fleet Procurement, Insurance and Fuel Cards / Fuel Invoices. This role will require strong organisational skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to build relationships internally with other departments in Liquidline, and externally with third party providers such as Insurance Companies. The Role - Fleet Coordinator To own and take the lead on the full company fleet process, from fleet procurement to dealing with insurance brokers. To support the Operations Director, Head of Technical Operations and Senior Operations Administrator in all duties relating to Fleet Coordination, escalating where appropriate. To place new vehicle orders, monitor their progress and update other departments where necessary. To keep up-to-date, accurate fleet documentation, ensuring all relevant documents are given to those with a company vehicle, and that they are aware of Liquidline's processes and policies. To lead on Insurance Broker communication, registering new fleet onto relevant policies and leading on communication where they may be a collision / claim to action. To be responsible for ensuring all new starters with a vehicle are set up on our Fuel System, and have a Fuel Card and are aware of how to use this. To take the lead on strict vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all vehicles meet the requirements and are registered with our Fleet System. To be the lead point of contact for Fleet queries in the organisation, and to support with any other ad hoc duties where necessary. What You Will Need In The Role Of Fleet Coordinator Previous experience working within a Operations / Fleet Administrative role will be an advantage to your application. You'll require clear written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload with conflicting prioritises. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Positive, 'can do; attitude Responsive, and able to solve problems effectively.
