We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join our team as the Head of Pricing Strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the company's pricing initiatives and ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and oversee the execution of pricing strategies to enhance revenue growth and market competitiveness.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour.
3. Analyse pricing data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
4. Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimise performance.
6. Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
7. Prepare and present pricing strategy reports and recommendations to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations.
Skills and Experience
9. Proven experience in pricing strategy, ideally within a similar industry.
10. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
12. collaborate effectively.
13. Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
14. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing a team
