Detailed description
The Single Point of Access team is looking for volunteers to gather telephone feedback from patients of the service to evaluate customer services and practices and help continuously improve the service.
Help the SPA Team
* Call patients to find out how they feel about the service.
* Collect the patients' feedback on a template that will be provided.
