Location: 5 days a week onsite in London Contract length: Initially 6 weeks - Will extend up until 6 months initially Job Description We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst with comprehensive experience in M365, Cisco Cloud Calling software, and end-user computing deployment. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our users. Responsibilities Understand and manage Outlook user signatures, shared mailboxes, offline files, and old profiles.

Troubleshoot Microsoft MFA issues.
Create new Outlook desktop profiles.
Set up Outlook on mobile devices (Android/iOS).
Familiarity with the M365 admin console and M365 AAD environment.
Troubleshoot and sync SharePoint/OneDrive at the user level.
Provide detailed troubleshooting information for M365-related issues that need escalation.
Install and set up Webex and Jabber software.
Configure headsets and reset voicemail pins.
Troubleshoot Webex/Jabber-related issues and escalate as necessary.
Deploy laptops with a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office products.
Join endpoints to MS AAD/Intune and use MS Intune.
Work with Zscaler and SSL VPN (e.g., Cisco AnyConnect).
Familiarity with Apple desktop operating systems.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test new endpoints, including business applications, printing, and scanning.
Assist users with the out-of-the-box setup of hardware (laptops, docks, headsets, peripherals).
Install additional software and printer/scanner drivers on endpoints.
Troubleshoot all endpoint-related issues and provide detailed troubleshooting information for escalation.
Essential Skills Experience with M365, including Outlook, Microsoft MFA, and M365 admin console.
Proficient in mobile device Outlook setup (Android/iOS).
Familiarity with M365 AAD environment and Active Directory.
Knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive user-level sync and connection.
Experience with Cisco Cloud Calling software (Webex/Jabber).
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office products.
Familiarity with MS Intune and endpoint joining to MS AAD/Intune.
Experience with Zscaler and SSL VPN (e.g., Cisco AnyConnect).
Knowledge of Apple desktop operating systems.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ability to assist users with hardware setup and software installation.
Proficient in troubleshooting endpoint-related issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with internet browsers, including exporting/importing favourites.
Ability to provide detailed troubleshooting information for escalations.
