Were looking for a dynamic and driven professional to take on a dual role as a Branch Manager and Salesperson for our East London brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with removals industry experience who wants to lead a team, drive sales, and grow within a thriving removals and storage group.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Conducting survey and sales visits, securing new business.
2. Proactively developing the brand as part of a growing group.
3. Recruiting, developing, and leading a local removals team with back-office support.
4. Managing day-to-day operations, sales, and staff performance.
5. Adapting between sales and management (approx. 50/50 split, but flexible).
What We’re Looking For:
1. Minimum 1 year of removals industry experience– essential.
2. A valid UK driving licence– essential.
3. A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives on sales success and team development.
4. Someone who can travel around East London (company van provided).
