We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part time Credit Controller to join them on a part time, permanent basis. This role will be working approx 20 hours per week, but are flexible with working days/hours etc.
This company is a medium-sized turnover company and will report into the finance manager.
Duties include:
* Chasing overdue invoices
* Raising sales credit notes
* Allocating payments on the in-house accounting package
* Handling queries relating to the ledger/credit control
* Adding new customers onto the system
* Performing credit checks on new customers
* Reporting any debtor issues to the finance manager
* Applying for credit insurance
* Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
* Month-end reconciliations
* Other adhoc duties
