We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
3. Territory Management: Effectively manage a designated territory by developing strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively demonstrate their value to potential clients.
5. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to clients, deliver compelling product pitches, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
6. Lead Generation: Continuously seek out new leads, attend networking events, and leverage existing relationships to generate new business.
7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide relevant insights to management.
8. Reporting & Administration: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
9. Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications:
1. Preferred experience in a field sales or sales role.
2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
5. Preferred proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
