To work within the Hounslow Care Home Support Team to provide care and support CQC registered Care Home in Hounslow. The Registered Nursing Associate will work as part of the Care Home Support Team supporting the Care Homes to deliver high quality, person centred, compassionate care.
They will be part of the multi-disciplinary/integrated team delivering care and support to patients working within the standards of proficiency outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and in accordance with WLT policies and protocols, with access to advice and supervision as required.
To carry out clinical duties and be prepared to undertake clinical skills update as per needs of the service and specific patient after training and competence assessment, with support from an identified mentor for example, blood pressure, pulse and temperature recording, urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring, wound dressings, and non-complex assessments and reviews
This will involve working independently but as part of the team covering geographical areas in Hounslow.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse Associate to provide safe and effective support, education and care as a valued member of the Hounslow Care Home Support Team. The Registered Nursing Associate will work autonomously within the Care Home using their enhanced clinical skills.
You will be supported with your development in practice to deliver safe and effective care.
