This thriving practice is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, ideally 7+ years, to join their dynamic team. This role is designed for ambitious solicitors who have a keen interest in progressing to partnership.
The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play an essential role within a collaborative team, advising on a diverse range of property transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity for solicitors looking to make their mark in a supportive environment with a clear path to partnership. Your responsibilities will include handling complex commercial property matters, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and development projects.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (7+ PQE ideal)
* Proven experience handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters
* Strong ambition to progress within the firm, with a clear interest in reaching partnership level
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
