The role holder is required to build and maintain good working relationships both internally (particularly within HR, Finance and IDG) and also with the University’s Administration teams at all levels. The role holder reports on workloads and performance targets to the Director of HR Shared Services and leads with related project work, as required. For example, undertaking work on projects as and when required, such as in response to changes in legislation, University policies/systems/processes, digitalisation and supplier arrangements. A key element of the role will be to ensure effective delivery of people processes, streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, continuous review of processes and automation and digitalisations of processes and systems, supporting introduction of new technology to improve customer service. The role includes working with the Warwick Transformation administration team and the delivery of STP services in addition to all HR processing, on boarding, mid employment changes and leavers, structural and organisational changes and Ask HR function. The role will work very closely with the HR process and Training lead and will identify areas for improvement and training within the function. About You A high-performing HR Service Manager typically demonstrates a combination of administration excellence, outstanding customer service, and operational leadership to support the academic and administration goals. The size of the HR administration team is approx. 32.
